We have a great Headquaters Hotel at the Wingate Inn. It is attached to the Convention Center
and is reasonably priced. In addition, the Wingate features:

Free in and out parking for the entire weekend. This will save you $5 per day.
Complimentary Hot Breakfast. This will save you approximately $10/day.
Free In Room Coffee for a leisurely start every day or at your convenience.
Free In Room refrigerator and microwave.
Free Internet Access

Additionally, the Wingate hosts a reception from 10:30 to 11:30 for Smokin' guest staying at the Wingate.
This is a great conlcusion on Friday night; setting with your dance friends old and new talking, munching
on snacks and sipping coffee or punch.

Be persistent when reserving rooms. Sometimes the hotel clerks may be having a bad day
or maybe a bad month and will not find the block of rooms. Just be persistent. We had one report of
the clerk attempting to book the next year dates. Our dates of 25 and 26 of September 2009 are the
correct dates on the blocking for 2009. Yes, the rate is available if you would like to come in on Thursday.

I would encourage everyone to reserve their rooms early; you can always cancel the room if you
can't attend. The Wingate does a fine job of peforming a special cleaning of smoking rooms for the
the none smokers, so if you can deal with that, taking those rooms would help those with more severe reactions.
So book early!!

Due to us occupying the entire hotel, we get a great rate at $72 per night. Thanks for the
support. The hotel has been fully reserved for some time. However, the Wingate has concellations
every now and then; So go ahead and check with the Wingate prior to making reservations elsewhere.

There are plenty of motels of varying levels of quality 15 minutes away at the IR 75 Exits. So
even if the Wingate is full, you can find a motel close at a cost the fits your style.
